In Sacramento today, where the Assembly Environmental (ESTM) Committee is hearing from the legendary Dolores Huerta on the harms to farmworkers from paraquat, which carries a one sip can kill warning, is banned in 60+ countries, and is strongly linked to Parkinsons.Assembly Bill 1963 would impose a moratorium while DPR conducts a reevaluation. Its been on DPRs priority list since 2011 but still no reevaluation begun.Once again, the legislature has to remind DPR to do its job
